Yeah, to live in that apartment you don't need to worry about a background check. I know a couple people who deal drugs that live in the back of the complex. Just so long as you pay rent, they don't care.

Hell, I know people that took out a six month lease but after it ran out, they never called them to renew their lease. They've been living there lease-less for like a year and a half.
