Random-ish, and not so much

It is fairly hard to rake a yard without a handle in one's rake, and even harder when the damn trees in the yard start growing new greenish yellow leaves to replace the 10,000 that have already died and fallen off of it in the last month. I mean come on, what kind of mutant super trees are out there already? Just accept it's fall and stop this ( Read more... )

agreed, halo 2 seemed cut just a bit too short, but the AMAZING multiplayer (especially on xbox live) makes up for it.

I agree, it is like they did all of the work on the gameplay and multiplayer first and then an exec says "ok, new deadline, holidays are coming up so it has to ship in November now, good luck". That or there is just a trend in the top tier FPS to not have endings, Shadowstitch can attest to that one after playing through Half Life 2.

My job is keeping this planet safe from alien spawn I'll have you know, remember that next time you go to school and home instead of the alien overlord's slave labor camps. Seriously though, it would only take an evening of continuous play to finish the game set on normal difficulty, not an accomplishment really, but then again for somebody, not saying who mind you, who tends to get beaten in the multiplayer mode by about 15 to 30 or so, I could see where it could take a bit longer.

Nope, it was in regards to a completely different situation and was basically written to state my disappointment in recent knee-jerk, yet somewhat logical/understandable reactions that were by and large unnecessary and over-the-top on the scale they were enacted, not that I expect all the parties involved to read the statement, but if they do then there it is and it makes my position clear at any rate.

Sorry to hear about the relationship thing, from what I gathered from your posts about it the whole thing sounded like an very unenviable situation. As for the rest, I don't think you should be hating anyone, I don't and I didn't think anyone else did either. In my line of reasoning the past is in the past and that is where it should stay, I think right now busy schedules and new ventures are more of a factor than people being sore at each other to as why everyone has seen so little of each other, I'm sure in time everyone will eventually find their way back together.
