I rang a customer service number for a food company today. You know, one of the freecall numbers on the packaging, that you call up if you aren't happy with the product etc. I'd never rung one before, because I've never come across anything foreign in my food (touch wood) and if I don't like something I've ate, I don't bother buying it again,

I was secretly hoping they'd have 10 boxes of jubes that they couldn't move, that they would give to me, but no dice.

A couple of us are going to ring the Red Rock Deli line to see if they still produce thai lime and ginger chips (have you tried them? they're delicious), as we can't find them anywhere. If you like, you can help us storm the customer service hotline, so we can get them back (if they've stopped making them).
