Even though I'm pleased as hell to have lost 15lbs in the past month, today I realised my jeans are so loose that even with a belt, I have a builders bum and visible pants

Losing 15lbs in a month isn't healthy when you're as slight a creature as you are (judging by the photies I've seen), and you know it. You need someone to feed you cheesecake and apple pie and all that good stuff. Start eating some of that yumsome stuff you've been cooking for other people, lately...
And gymnast-gazing doesn't help anyone's body image!

I know 15lbs in just over a month is an unhealthy loss at any weight. Not sure if you know this, but I'm a recovering anorexic, and am under a psychiatrist to monitor my weight. Should have seen him yesterday to discuss the relapse, but the idiot decided to take a holiday so I can't see anyone 'til the 31st August. (The day following Reading Festival! I'm sure I'll look so great. Not at all tired and greasy.)
Mmm. Cheesecake. Sounds much better than chocolate, and there's something so satisfying about its texture. (Although

I did gather that, but did feel like someone had to State The Obvious :-) Though I can understand why you would feel as pleased as hell to lose that much in so short a time, because I've had eating disorder issues in the past, and know from personal experience just how fantasic it can feel when a belted pair of size 8 jeans is halfway down yr arse... That said, it's still Not Good, and as seeing a psych suggests you don't want to slip back into anorexia, you could probably do with some moral support, and reminders that cheesecake is yummy :-)
(I've not seen that story of Het, which is probably all for the best. It could ruin desserts for me for life.)

Actually, I wondered about their ages, and looked it up -- the youngest female gymnasts can be is 16 on the year of the competition. A little scary, when you consider that many of them look 12 or 13. Even though my breasts are hardly bountiful, I'd still rather look post-pubescent.
Seriously? Eew. I suppose the intensive training postpones puberty. I think I'll go and sit down and do nothing, inwardly happy in my adulthood. And eat a lolly.
lol! can really empathise with the underwear thing! I hope i never get involved in an accident in case they end up seeing my off-white knickers!
And stature of a hobbit! how tall are you? bet you are taller than me because most people are taller than me.
I like watching the Gymnastics, but some do look like they've skipped puberty, am annoyed an american won gold tonight i'm sick of the americans winning everything, its not fair!
How tall? A lofty 5'5". On a good day, when I'm not slouching, which is a rare occurence.
I was quite pleased at the Carly Patterson's gold, mainly because she actually looked strong and powerful. I'm glad she won, rather than a pre-pubescent Romanian girl, or Russia's competitor who had a concave butt. (Her website says she's 50kg and 5'5". Um, yeah, right. I have roughly those stats, and sure as hell don't look a thing like here!)
Watching nip/tuck is giving me a bit of a complex, I think. I'm three episodes in and keep thinking maybe I don't have the right outlook to be watching a drama revolving around beautiful people seeking plastic surgery.
But anyway. Chocolate, yes, is yummy and good. And I do think you should get to eat some caramel chocolate shortbread if you're the one slaving over the mixing bowl.
Hm, must endeavour to watch nip/tuck, as everyone's raving about it. It was shown over here a few months ago, but I worked late on the evenings it was shown and kept forgetting to tape it, so I can't comment about the beautiful people seeking plastic surgery.
Chocolate is yummy and good. And it's not something you have to make, either.
