Rain, rain, rain.

There's an amazing thunderstorm outside. The wind and rain are so heavy that it looks like there's mist outside! I'm always one for interesting weather, but this doesn't bode well with Reading Festival coming up. Granted, the only band I'll be bothered to see on the openair main stage is Franz Ferdinand, but camping is bad enough without waking up ( Read more... )

Heh, true. Note that she has two cat beds, two beds, a sofa and three washing baskets to choose from, but she picks my bed above everything. It always ends up with fleas, too. I'm starting to wish they did flea collars in human sizes!

I'm sure if I obtained a black velvet flea collar and wore it around my wrist, a fair few people would be convinced that putting bells on their bracelets would be the fashion statement of 2005...

Yep, she's my slightly toothless icon kitty who's only a little younger than me.

Your icon's inspired me to seek out some Spiderman ones. Why did I pay for 50 icons and end up using about 10?!

I enjoyed it. Definitely not the best superhero movie of all time, as many people have claimed, and I was a little annoyed with the scriptwriting. (Especially with regard to Mary-Jane's character. It wasn't a very hard job for Kirsten Dunst, to be honest!) All in all, though, the special effects and action sequences were good, and the portrayal of Peter Parker's life when he detached himself from being Spiderman was pulled off very well at times.

I downloaded soulseek, too. Of course now I can't think of anything I want. I need to start keeping lists of things like this, just like I do with Amazon stuff.
