Look, I don't know who is responsible for naming things over there, but your food sounds really strange and unappetizing.

Examples:
bubble and squeak - clearly dolphin or some other sort of rubbery marine life

trifle - Oh, just say it! It's tripe!

bangers and mash - I suspect some type of animal testicles hidden in a cornmeal concoction.

If I ever go to England, I'm sure I will starve.
