[Well, that was the straw that broke the papermaster's back. Jr.'s gone, Gaignun's gone, Terra's gone and now the library has disappeared with the rest of the buildings on the island. That was Yomiko's limit. You'll find her sitting outside next to her suitcase, head bent to her knees, sobbing her eyes out.]

G-get through? [She hadn't thought that far ahead.]

This is because all the buildings disappeared, isn't it? It could be permanent, or knowing this place maybe not. Either way, in the meantime you're going to need food if you want to survive through this, and sleep and shelter too. Sitting around and crying to yourself all day isn't going to accomplish any of that. So if you want to last long enough to see the town come back, you better pick yourself up and figure out how you're going to get by until that happens.

[Slowly, Yomiko stands up and wipes her eyes. She's still crying, but she's attempting to compose herself.]

"Stupid books"? How could you ever say such a thing! For centuries people have thoughts books to be a precious means of communicating information and history and works of fiction! Books are a medium through which authors carry their voices through ages and culture, reaching and touching millions of people! History has been conveyed throughout the ages and works of fiction touch the emotions of people, making them feel sorrow, hope and love, people they will never meet, speak to, or touch!

[She's walking towards you slowly now.] You've disrespected the hard work of diligent authors who want to reach people with their words. You've disrespected the paper and the ink used to convey their messages. And you've disrespected the friends that lend me their strength and wisdom on a daily basis.

[Danger, danger, personal space is in danger!] You take it back. Take it back and apologize, right now!
