Had a very good Thanksgiving with one of my BFFLs I hadn't seen since I graduated with my master's two and a half years ago. It really is a mark of a good friendship when you basically just pick up right where you left off without a hitch

So glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with one of your best friends! It's so great to get to spend the holidays with people you love and really want to be with, especially when you haven't seen them for a long time, and you can just pick up from where you left off. And that bread pudding sounds amaaaaaazing.

Glad that your new job is going well so far! Keeping my fingers crossed that it'll become less stressful really soon in terms of figuring out what you're doing.

It was really great and I think I really needed it. New Orleans got lonely with no social life.

The bread pudding was fantastic and I made cider rum caramel sauce to go with it, so even more yum. Hi, I love excuses to bake? ;) (This is also why I love Christmas...)

Thanks! Fingers crossed here too. I think it'll even out eventually, it's just me freaking out a bit because I'm kind of Type A.

Apple cider donut bread pudding is a mouthful to say and I'm sure it's tasty! Btw, my Dutch apple pie was no more as of yesterday and I was just having a small pumpkin pie brunch.

Aw, no fireworks? I guess that wouldn't be a very good way to start a srs business meeting but Haymitch and Johanna could probably pull it off.
