Donny, I have been having concerns for my safety. I ask that my healing gift be returned in full. I have seen other inmates ask this of their wardens before, and thus I wish to do the same. There is no harm that can come of this ability, it is a protective measure.

It's quite simple Donny. There is a thread of hate for vampires that has been weeping sore for some time, but now I feel the wound has started to bleed openly. I have heard from both inmates and wardens. When I walk through the halls, people know my visage and fear it. In my own world I could evade such rabble, but here not only is my identity well known, I am trapped. Vampire weaknesses are well documented in culture, and thus I have fears I may become a target for only being what I am.

I only wish to protect myself, not harm others, Donny. Can I not be allowed that?

Lou, I'd never deny you the ability to protect yourself. I just wanted to know if you did something that merited a beating, if you catch my drift.

I want to know if you find yourself in trouble, alright? Don't you hold back on me if somebody's hassling you. Oh, and don't you hold back if you do end up doing something dumb, because dumbass wardens are just as bad as dumbass inmates.

But yeah, I understand. I get it. Healing ability is fine by me. You really can't do any damage with that.
