Julie and I have been getting more aggressive on the house offers. I'm not really happy about that, as I'm not really an aggressive person by nature, but we're already having more luck than we were before. We'll see how this works out, but hopefully we'll have something soon, since we're going to be getting a roommate. I'd really like somewhere
