What: Post Journey's End and after The Next Doctor, the Doctor finds out he's somehow become a universal outlaw. He doesn't know how, he doesn't know why, but he knows he can't figure this out alone and the only person he can trust to help him is Donna.

D'aw, thanks! This chapter and probably the next 2 or so are my favorites thus far.

And thank you so much for comments, I really appreciate it. Honestly, I thought I would have more, but even just getting one makes me happy. I think the chapters are just pretty lengthy, which I try breaking the longer chapters into two parts or so. I also don't write that much fanfiction, so I'm don't have a recognizable name, such as yourself (I've read some of your fics!), but oh well!
