I really need to keep to a goal, four months of rigorous exercise routine and diet. I feel like my eating has been absolute shit for months. I really need to step up my game.

Let's see if I can adopt my livejournal into more of a goal guide.

What's the goal? 40lbs in 4 months.

I'm hoping to have my 6pack before I turn 30 >_<.

have you tried drinking green tea? Normally I'm not a tea person but I have noticed that it does boost up my energy level and I'm not as hungry.

Also, my friend shared a similar link about how lack of sleep makes you gain weight(http://www.myoptumhealth.com/portal/Information/item/Can+Lack+of+Sleep+Make+You+Gain+Weight%3F?archiveChannel=Home%2FArticle&clicked=true) D:! And he posted another one talking about how if you eat less than 1000 calories that's bad for you. He's a CrossFit trainer so I listen to all the stuff he mentions cause I'm a dork >_<;;.
