Do you have good sleep hygiene? Sounds odd but it means having a dark bedroom where you only go to sleep or being intimate (no watching TV, playing with computers, or reading), and the room should be on the cooler side (cool triggers your body to sleep) and quiet. And using computers at night, or watching TV, keeps your mind overstimulated - avoid at all costs
