[Compile] Chizuru, Yumichika

The fourth division was scarce and even more scarce now that their captain had expired. While Yumichika might have been fine asking any of them for medical help, asking other shinigami was an awkward issue, especially those of the noble house of Kuchiki.

It wasn't as if he were greviously injured after all. A few stab wounds was nothing compared to what the arrancar could have inflicted. Yumichika just needed to bandage up the ones that were still bleeding and walk off the rest of the pain.

He had felt more than one arrancar reiatsu during his fight. Certainly Zaraki-taichou and Ikkaku were far worse off than he was and Yumichika was certain the captain wasn't asking for anyone's help. He'd follow Zaraki's example and tend to only the ones that threatened to mar his perfect skin.

He stepped out of the convenience store with more than a few disturbed looks cast in his direction and tugged open the first package of bandages.

Of all the ways Chizuru had expected to find her friend, walking out of a convenience store with bandages and stab wounds was not one of them. "YUMI-CHAN!" she shouted, and immediately broke into a run to reach his side. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO YOU?!?" She stumbled to a halt right in front of him, looking him up and down to catalogue his wounds.

Shoulder. Arm. Leg. All of them had some sort of injury, all of which bled profusely. If she needed any more proof that a war was going on, this was it.

'It could still be gangs,' she reminded herself, trying not to panic. 'Gangs use knives.' But somehow she couldn't make herself believe that.

"Come over here," she said, taking control over both Yumichika and her emotions. "I'll bandage you up." She reached for the bandages in his hand as she gestured for him to follow her to the store window, which had a ledge he could sit on and they both could be out of the way of human traffic.

Yumichika perked up at the sound of his name. His was an uncommon on and, he smiled, he had a feeling his new-found human friend didn't know any other 'Yumi-chan's she could be calling out to. And, he had to admit, if anything could lift his post-fight mood it would be one of his few human friends.

He hesitated, but relinquished the bandages into Chizuru's hand, following her lead. He could bandage himself. He wouldn't have gotten very far in the division if he couldn't. However, he also knew that bandaging them himself was a very bloody and tricky operation. Having someone to take care of it for him helped a bit.

"I ran into little trouble while I was out and about, you might say," he grinned, the final strains of adrenaline finally fleeing his system just in time for the pain of healing to set in.
