[Rukia] No, alone with Ichigo. firstmidnight December 24 2006, 06:13:05 UTC
The glow from the two powers fading, Rukia gave a slight rub at her fully healed side. That injury had been so bad... kidou could keep the wound closed, but hadn't been able to heal it. It was almost surreal to see that it was fully healed, without a single bit of pain lingering. Inoue's powers were really quite extraordinary.

They'd need them now, more than ever with Uno--

Rukia shut her eyes tight, and gave a swat at Ichigo's poking fingers. "Quit it."

Hinamori's question made her glance up, a brow quirking and a tight feeling knotting in her stomach. It happened every time a shinigami questioned Ichigo about his powers... It still hadn't really been decided what was to be done about him. At this point. Probably nothing. But later...?

"Why question a good thing?" she said idly with a shrug. "And really we don't know how many people in the living world have unique powers. There hasn't been a steady surveillance that I know of for years. The 12th division monitors, some, but... their reports really don't give the full story."

[Ichigo] Yes alone with me! :D never_after December 24 2006, 16:47:17 UTC
Ichigo shrugged and as his hand was swatted, he gave a tug to Rukia's skirt by way of his request to get her to sit down. There was really no sense to standing if it was just the four of them talking. Besides, the wind was starting to pick up and he didn't want to inadvertently see anything he should see ( ... )

[Momo] Alone with a Beaver-kun? o.o luminamon December 25 2006, 17:22:25 UTC
Momo shook her head vehemently; she had not meant to question it, but had been curious about whether other students shared the unique abilities. And it seemed that, in theory, they did! Only, from what Ichigo detailed, it took a different form when it did appear in others. Six little fairy friends, one Quincy, and the large, penguin-loving Chad had an ability linked to his arm.

"It's interesting!" she said quickly. Momo knelt down and settled on the ground, smoothing out her scarf and clothes. "There are no zanpakuto or kidou that I know of which can do these things." Nor did she know of anything that could match even the most distant horizon of the healing skill Orihime had. The late Unohana -- her throat tightened briefly -- had great skill, but even she could not have done what the young woman had in the same stretch of time.
