Who's interested in learning how to take a chicken from a live, clucking thing to a tasty dinner?  I've found a small organic poultry farm whose owners are willing to teach me how to do this, and I thought it'd be a neat field trip for anyone else who wanted a deeper understanding of where their food comes from.

The catch?  It's next Tuesday, so you'd have to put your St. Patrick's Day drinking (and working) on the back burner to road trip with me.
