Dark City

I just watched Dark City. I really liked it. But I really didn't think I would from the beginning. To be honest I was skeptical through the first half. But then things really started piecing together, and turned out to be really awesome

Dark City is a classic man as is 12 monkeys.

I saw the beginning of Serenity and i was turned off by it so i didn't watch the rest. I actually liked Riddick more than Pitch Black, although i dont know why.

City of God is pretty amazing too. My reccomendations are "Boyz in the Hood" and "Dead Presidents" two excellent darkie films.

I haven't seen Deer Hunter yet. That sounds good from what I've heard.

I've always been interested in Dune. But like you said that seems like it'll be long, and probably not something i can download easily. Maybe we can rent the stuff this summer.
