[It's New Years Eve, almost about an hour from the clock ticking to midnight-- the calling of a brand new year. There are people wandering around, huddling together to wish each other a Happy New Year or to count down. Cherrygrove city is quite like that way, or at least the NPCs are. It seems as if the beach is a popular area.
