An update as usual
Well i don't know if anyone still reads this other then the only person i know that does. At anyrate Im still alive. I quit smoking recently been a total of 4 days so Im keeping count! wish me luck!!!....im not really sure ill be able to do it but im hoping. ummmI am still waiting on pictures from various friends that still haven't sent them to me

Ummm... what the heck is the kirby? And, if you just had any smart-ass replies run through your head, poke you for me! :) (Note that I didn't do the poking myself so as to not evoke the two-poke penalty for unwarranted poking, even though you prolly deserve to be poked for something!)
For ME, a wrenching in the gut has always been a clear signal to stay away from whatever or whoever the sensation was in respone to. (Failure to follow that advice from my gut has led to very bad things.) But, all people are different, so your gut may not use the same signals as mine. :) I have ALWAYS (and by that I mean at least since I was 13) said, "Always follow your gut because the head and heart have their own agenda, but the gut never lies."
I believe gut feelings are borne out of very basic survival instincts, and mine have proven true every single time - without fail.
