Sounds good. I like the idea of using apple cider vinegar in Hummus.

Yeah the cider makes a big difference. My friend Kamil from New York hates the commercial hummus here in Austin because no one uses apple cider vinegar like they do in New York City. When you make the hummus, make sure you do a lot of taste testing when adding it. You only need to add a small amount.
