It's ok so far today, I'm wearing my highly un fashionable birkenstock style sandals that have arch support. Hopefully I will be able to go running in battersea park on monday night. And hopefully I will not hurt it again falling over drunkenly at Dead and Buried.....

Fantastic tv prog about Queen Boudicca last night, anyone see it? I bought some books about her recently and now they won't be so daunting to start reading as I have a vague idea of what happened. I shall not be so quick to cast aspersions upon the educative values of the tee vee in future.
