SCAM. it's been going around.

you can always check this kind of stuff at www.snopes.com

scam- they all are. check the headers to see where it came from to be sure. there should probably also be an S in the http to show it is a secure link (https://).

I haven't gotten one of these yet (I do eBay occasionally, and I have an active account). I went to eBay and searched "Trust and Safety Department", and there appears to be no such department there. So I'd guess scam for now...
