cargill relied too heavily on the theme of the Republicans using this issue as a ploy to score political points. While that certainly seems to be the case, it had little to do with his argument that their actions were either unconstitutional or unethical. brainlesswonder successfully refuted that argument, as far as I'm concerned ( Read more... )

Rendering a bit of a decision 'ere:

I do not believe that skaloop convincingly argued that trying to perfect the status quo is really all that great an idea, particularly when North Korea can most definitely be influenced by China and the less than successful route the current path has taken as is.

My vote goes to killtacular. Although parents who suck should be shot, he actually did do a good job of refuting/disagreeing with thechuck_2112.

colintj and I decided to conduct our debate through telepathy this week, since our minds are too advanced for your puny "internet" and it's your own fault for not being intelligent enough to comprehend our greatness.

Debate #2 - While I wholeheartedly agree with cargill that congress shouldn't have become involved, and that this entire case should be put to rest, brainlesswonder showed how such actions, however deplorable to me, were within the rights and duties of the federal government. So BW wins.
