Astronauts End Arms Race Peacefully

HOUSTON, Texas (AP) -- On Sunday, spacewalking astronauts Richard Linebacker and George Foreman attached 11-foot arms to the international space station's new robot, which is officially named Dextre but was nicknamed "Frankie" due to its Frankenstein-like rise from its platform during the difficult procedure.

hahahaha, that was funny. I like your wit. It's dry and insightful. Sure playing on stereotypes is easy, but playing on them so deftly is far harder. Thanks for a good read :)

And feel better. Being sick is somewhat a waste of time. You can have chicken noodle soup anytime you want without being sick.

Thanks Edrik. Seems like my friends are taking turns posting the obligatory reply, and today you drew the short straw, so thanks.

Question for you (and anyone else who cares to comment....) My train friends have told me the line drawing in my picture file here looks 'totally 1980s' which was actually observant because it was made from my drivers license photo circa 1992. I really like it, but they say it needs an update. What do you think? Let me know, thanks.

I don't bother with obligatory replies. If I comment, it's because I thought there was good cause. So take heart. I don't think anyone is giving sympathy responses.

The drawing is nice. The shading is really well done. But your hair being different know makes a huge difference in how you appear. Just my 2c.
