So this past week, volunteering for Typecon, was amazing. What is Typecon, you ask? It is a convention held every year for type designers and graphic designers that is all about typefaces, aka fonts. Before you laugh at the complete geekiness of it all, there is a hell of a lot more that goes into typography (not to be confused with topography)

This post makes me think of the good old days of "crud" and "dimestore hooker" in Vanguard.

Wow I didn't know that fonts were such a studied concept, but it obviously makes sense. I like the buttons!
