Looks like I'm going to be a supervisor at work now. I think it'll be a fun trip. Not quite sure what will happen, but it will definitely be an experience. I was talking with Sandy (boss-lady) and she said that I'd probably start training in the middle of may, and working as the Team Leader beginning of June. I somewhat hesitant to take it becuase

Congrats, it's nto like ya blew the boss to get the job, people there know that you get promoted based on qualifications. Good luck :)

I know what you mean about the silent distain.......just try to be fair :)
and i wouldnt worry about people resenting you, when i got promoted to TL i was only there for a few months as well, and someone got demoted to make me TL (so i was REALLY anxious about reactions) but it turned out well. Most people are really supportive and helpful. Its actually an awesome position to be in - just answering calls day in and day out can get BORING! btw are you replacing anyone? or is this while norma is on maternity leave? Congratulations and GOOD LUCK!!! :)

Normas leaving AA+ when she's due. Stella's taking parts of her shift and i'm filling in the evening shift. I talked with the big boss-people, and they said that I should start taking over in June.
