We still don't have the number of orders I specified at the outset of this exercise. I will make a decision in the next day or so about what to do. I could probably get this volume out and I would very much like to do that

Well, I hope you can get it out. I know that there are a number of people interested who simply don't pre-order books. How many I cannot say.

Anyway, for what it's worth, I'd still love to read it.

I also hope that you can still get P7 published. I'm excited about that TOC too, as a reader, not just a contributor.
