Finally! there was another club that did smash-jitsu!

We used to have a load of large people at my old club who would power into every throw :) you learned to bounce quite well.

Know the feeling very well!!! Our group was made up of about 6 3rd dans our sensei, Chris and me... We just got beat up a lot and got really good at 3rd dan moves *grins*

Funny how often you heard the phrase 'now I'm not supposed to show you this, but...'

Then there was the Head of the Jitsu Foundation teaching all the novices how to stave off attacks from someone with a pair of nuckledusters. Yes he did have a pair with him.

Ended up at Purple belt myself before damaging the carteledge in my knee, wish I could go back but it won't hold up.
