I believe what you mean is a Christian not specifically a Catholic. Being as I am a Catholic (though, a avid gay rights activist [ironic, I know]), I don't think its fair that Catholics take most of the heat. Since Protestants like Catholics believe homosexuality is sinful.
But, yes, this was a very well written piece. Sorry, just came across this but couldn't help but compliment this. Well, that and to point out that Pam above had made a common mistake.
