Poems up and a CM rec

Finally put up some poetry on our Website, The Garret, down at the bottom of my stuff -- only the Lyric poems section actually has any up on it, all on one scroll-down page so far. Mainly the shorter things, heh, putting off typing in long stuff in usual procrastinating fashion. Some of the Polemic ones are 3 pages! So that could be a while ( Read more... )

I discovered Criminal Minds a couple of weeks ago and I'm hooked! I think that's what I want to do during the weekend - read long, slashy CM fanfiction. Do you have any other recs?

Oh, yes, lots of recs, though some are not exactly long. First, because it's easiest for me to find, heh, if you haven't read my stuff, it's all in my Memories page on LJ under Criminal Minds. There's a stand-alone story "Dead Air" that takes place during the episode "Revelations", the rest are part of a WIP (sigh) series and go in this order: Detour, Confluence, Confession 1, Confession 2, Sidetrack.

Now then, matociquala's stories aren't slash but have an interesting take on Reid, I always recommend Rushlight's stories at her CM page. ff.net has a lot of stories, though there you don't get too much slash of course, and there's LJ pages bau_fic and cm_slash. Those ought to keep you going for a while! Sorry I can't call to mind LONG fic right now that's finished, heh, on ff.net I've enjoyed "Chronicler-of-Knuckles"'s WIP "Lost in a Memory" and Moni's "The Young Folk", though neither has posted new chapters very recently, alas! Their CM archive is here. I enjoy nebula99's stories which are on the LJ CM sites ( ... )

Oh, thank you so much!!!

I'll now have to find time to read - I'm afraid I have a very busy work-weekend ahead of me and... I'm seriously tempted to print out the fics so I can have something to read at home (even when I know that when I go home I'm too tired to read anything these days...)

*sigh*

Perhaps next weekend...

Oh, and my "McLuhan in Northern Minnesota" is also part of the WiP, I keep forgetting because it's a little bitty thing, and I embedded a link to it in "Sidetrack" I think, or maybe that'll be in the next section. It's Reid's next letter to his mother.
