I mean since you knew that, still work for him while looking for another job. That way you still getting income, then when you do get hired, give him the FU!!!

nigga, i told you to quit that job months ago!

oh well, at least you did it. you can also sue him for not paying you time and a half after 40 hours. do you get a paystub or reciept with your money? and if so did you keep them? if you did, look at them and figure out the numbers. if you need help with the numbers, let me know.
