There are many things in this "free" country that we call the U S of A. The Law being one of the big ones. What I don't understand is how can someone kill a person and get less jail time than someone being in the possession of drugs? If I took a human life while I was drunk I can grantee that I would spend less time in jail then if I had heroin in

i agree the hypocracy if sicking and this comes from some one who is studieing law

It is completly screwy what crimes have higher punishments than others. I think the people making the laws are smoking way to much crack. I've also heard it called "The War on Some Drugs" and I think thats fitting since boooze and smokes are legal, and you can go down to the "Drug Store" and buy all sorts of other stuff.

The good old drug store, I could probably get my doctor to prescribe something much more effective than the drugs on the street and my insurance would pay for them!
