I have to admit, that ever since I noticed that links to these reviews with their titles have been appearing over at the
havenherald (assembled by the hardworking
killabeez), I've really wanted to have an exceptionally dramatic subject line. Now that I've gotten that out of my system (maybe), on to this week's review of last Friday's Haven, "Lay Me Down." For those

p.s. on another subject entirely, I love your layout! I don't usually like light colors on dark backgrounds for a journal, but it's really beautiful.

I've certainly noticed that they've been slamming though storylines much faster than I expect them to, but I don't actually dislike it. I reserve final judgement until end of the season.
I've decided that, whoever Jennifer is, I'm not going to see it coming. But I do like her, and hope she actually sticks around.

I think it feels a little rushed. I'm not at dislike yet, but I am not thrilled about it either. I think even one extra episode in there would have made the pace a little more reasonable.
Yeah..that is so easy to do. Especially if you have watched stuff from this season and are doing challenges from other seasons. They really kind of jumble if you're not careful.

I actually always first associate Kandyse McClure (sp?) with a guest stint she did on Dark Angel, then secondly with BSG: TNG even though I never really watched the series.
Is she Lucy's daughter? James and Arla's daughter? William's?I suppose Jennifer could be Lucy's daughter, though if they have another one of "Audrey"'s kids showing up I will be less than impressed. Can't see her being James and Arla's daughter for Troubled reasons: we know James' parents' afflictions, so if he has a Trouble it wouldn't be the same as Jennifer's. I suppose one of Arla's parents could have a different affliction and it skipped a generation ( ... )

So if people are dying because of whatever the heck Sinister Man and Heavy are doing to the Troubles, and if it happened because Audrey left the Barn, and if William was working with Sinister Man and Heavy to get Lexie to realize who she is and want to leave the Barn, then I'm not entirely sure that I trust William. Which doesn't mean that he's not James. And that's an awful lot of ifs.

I like William, so I'm choosing to trust him. Which is entirely ridiculous, but, y'know. Colin Ferguson.
