HA! Just sent you a message and I find this to receive an answer!
I'm watching Rich man/ poor women, I was surprised and intrigued by the end of the episode.
Also watching Ghost Mama, can't help it I love Yukie.
I have the first episode of GTO, but I REALLY REALLY like the original one, REALLY, I don't want to spoil my love for it.
So I'm waiting to figure out if I REALLY want to watch it.
That's about it really I haven't ventured into anything else... Just not sure at the moment.

I think it's so funny you watch all these dramas, when I, being in Japan, don't watch a single one... XD I only saw advertisements for Rich Man, Poor Woman, Ghost Mama and GTO, didn't even know the others existed.

No one I know in Japan watches dramas! I was surprised when you watched Kekkon Dekinai Otoko.

This is mostly because there's nothing on during the day and in the evening my husband plays video games. So I need something to entertain myself.

Once it reaches a certain threshold, I can't watch any Osamu Mukai things in it for a while.

FINALLY. someone with the same problem! this goes for like all the (male) actors I like! sometimes it's really hard getting through a drama season...

I used to like him, but I realized he's OK to look at but mediocre at best. How did they let someone like this play George?

Do you know any dramas that are set in the countryside / mountains or revolve around traditional Japanese culture? Or which feature older characters? I'd like to watch some that are not set in high school or university. :)

Is this weather depressing you like it's depressing me?

I'm still going to keep my livejournal, but I recently opened a public blog here. Mainly moaning about the weather recently. ;)

Hello wonderful. :)

Do you know any dramas that are set in the countryside / mountains or revolve around traditional Japanese culture?Osen (http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Osen) is everything you're looking for. It's a drama set in the countryside about traditional Japanese cooking. So is http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Fake_Kyoto_Bijutsu_Jiken_Emaki -- an art drama set in Kyoto about traditional Japanese art and art theft ( ... )

Oof, seeing your icon reminded me about how excited I am about the new Sailormoon anime next year. It's like we're 15 years old and awkward again.
