hay guyz. im really dead after practice. the season is going pretty good, this year the conditioning i started preseason really helped me out. im going full steam whole practice being a great example to the younger ppl, me being a senior heh. usually at the end of practice we do a 6 minute drill where we do different shit for 30 seconds, like high
