Birthday poll

I asked a friend today if she felt any different after having had her Birthday a few weeks ago and she said that she already started feeling herself this old somewhere halfway between her previous Birthday and this one. Hence, a poll, before my paid account time expires tomorrow :) (and to celebrate the absence of boss this afternoon, hehe :D)

I started saying "I'm almost 40" nearly as soon as I turned 39, just to get myself used to the idea, but from now on I think I'll just keep saying I'm 40. ;) (well, I've said that every year since I turned 30, but I can't bear to lie.)

The day before my Birthday I'll still be stating my actual age really, it's not that I mind getting older, but I just think that right is right :P And hey, life only starts at forty :)

this is totally out of topic, but I was kinda wondering, did you recieved your card?
I'm going nuts cause it's seems that no one has recieved the card that I sent almost three weeks ago. So I'm gonna file a complain today at the post office, but since I haven't heard from you I thought you might had the card already, but do you? *blinks*

No, haven't received anything yet :( I hope it'll just be late and that they haven't lost all your cards. Good luck with the complaining, because over here it definitely wouldn't do any good. Damn post offices.
