so i went to the gym tonight to get in my saturday workout. i was on the treadmill for like, 5 minutes and then the girl shuts off all the lights. apparently they close at 6! who the hell closes a gym at 6pm. seriously. this country is frustrating sometimes. or maybe i'm just addicted to the gym and that's why i'm pissed.

instaed of treadmills just fast walk, or run.
alas, i cant run because my knees and back are soooooo awful.
