You weren't planning on going to uni straight-away were you? Even if you plan to go in a few years time, they won't even look at your UAI because it's so outdated - there's tonnes of alternate entry options.

No-one will ever see your HSC marks -- ever.

My OP was absolutely HORRIBLE cus I couldn't have cared less at the time.. which was an 18

but now that I've completed a cert 3 in business admin.. it's knocked it up to an OP of 7 or higher anyway (not sure of the exact details..)

but yeah, screw it deck. You wanted to do an apprenticeship type job anyway, which will then lead you to other jobs higher up on the scale.. and an extensive, solid work history, along with at least some education in the field, can possibly be just as adequate in the eyes of an employer as someone who has gone straight from school to uni without any on-the-job experience.

It is what you make of it. And if you know what you want, then go for it, don't let any other crap like your hsc results get in the way of that.

Don't worry about your HSC thing. God, I didn't even make it to year 12, I only finished year 11 and I turned out fine.... Maybe I lied about the last bit *cheeky grin*
