Drizzle/Sauce question!

Hi, I'm a bit of a lurker here. I've recently started making deco phone cases and I'm wanting to make one this time with drizzly sauce over the top of some of my cabs, what's the best/most durable way of doing this? I saw a tutorial on Youtube earlier where someone made hers with glue and paint, does it work? does it stay stuck? is it realisticly " ( Read more... )

It depends on what kind of glue you use and what you are dripping it on. Almost nothing will stick to silicone, I use a glue from a brand called Liquitex which I buy from the art shop, the product is called gloss medium and is sold as a varnish, it's very good. I use this stuff to seal painted shoes, make drippy effects on plastic, polymer clay and sometimes I use it as a glue for fabric because it's much thinner than fabric glue and doesn't look lumpy if you're trying to glue a large sheet of fabric onto something.
