All good things had to come to an end and Hannibal supposed this was it for him. Angela had gone last night and he'd spent most of the night packing his things and getting ready to leave himself

"This is it," he said, zipping a bag before turning to look at her. "It kinda really blows but I think I'm making the best of it. Angela left last night."
"Yeah, she stayed for the concert and then had to take off," he said, nodding her into his room. "She's off to see her dad and then to art school somewhere in Virginia. She's a little more organized than I am."
"I think I'd do better giving you a list of names of girls not to try and charm," he remarked with a laugh. "Leave it a little more wide open for you since trying to get into the pants of girls who are taken usually blows up in your face."
"Dammit, I hate missing new student day," he said and pulled a face. "It's always fun to try and pick which ones are gonna crack first and which ones are prudes when they see the guys running around without their shirts."
Sookie -- being Sookie -- was holding a little container of brownies in her hands when she knocked lightly on his doorframe. "I figured you might need something for the trip."
"Well, you know, you're big. I figure you eat a lot," Sookie said with a little smile. "And I can't have you eating out of windows your whole trip. Granted these are just brownies but thought still stands."
"Homemade brownies are better than anything else I'll eat before I get home," he said and smiled. "Thanks, Sookie. I'll probably call and beg for more food every so often. Gotta keep myself big."
Raven wanted to say goodbye to her ballpit buddy, but she couldn't leave Jono. So she totally cheated. And hopefully Hannibal wouldn't mind her Soul-Self suddenly manifesting into his room.
"I am sorry if I have startled you," Raven said, her voice coming from the shadow raven form. "But I did not wish you to leave without saying goodbye, and at the moment my physical presence is needed elsewhere."
"Oh!" He knew that voice. "Sorry, I just didn't realize who you were for a minute. I thought I was getting the bird equivalent of a black cat crossing my path. Everything okay wherever you are?"

Still, she didn't feel all that good about this, though she was going to do her best to fake it.
"Hey, babe," she greeted him, leaning against the doorframe. "This is it, huh?"

If she'd have known, she would've probably insisted on crashing in his room last night. Oh well.

He smirked. "Or just watch them go slightly crazy."

Hannibal had a lot of first world problems.
"You'll have to keep me updated, man."

"Uh. Hi?" Was he supposed to talk normally to Raven's Soul-Self? He didn't know.
