He was hunting.
It didn't take much, when it came down to it, finding one inexperienced vampire cockily stalking about the island. It was almost disappointing.
There wasn't a hint of human trepidation in Mitchell's bearing as he slid fluidly through the shadows. Some ravens cried overhead, but he paid them no heed. His quarry was close. Very close. He could smell it.
"Hannibal!" he yelled, let the name drop, and waited.

"Can I help the owner of that voice with something?" he asked, eyes narrowed while he tried to find said owner through the shadows.
