I love this kind of rant. So I added you as a friend.
Also, next time you hear someone try to use this whole "potential for life" thing, ask them if they would build a house out of an acorn? Because you know, an acorn has the potential to become a tree. Potentiality and actuality are different; being a tiny cluster of cells and being a baby are different. Educate the masses!
The really huge problem with the abortion debate is that basic reproductive rights are going out the window under the same "logic" and some (influential) people are too self-righteous to say anything. That, plus the fact that it's always the lower class who suffers with these kinds of issues, is what ticks me off the most.
