Index is supposedly beautiful, Touma comparing her to a doll in the novels.

I think she's mentioned once that she feels hot wearing it, but otherwise she seems to have no problems with them. I imagine the clothespins are annoying to deal with.

Evenly. Index is pretty articulate; I guess she would have to be since she's a damn library.

Index speaks her mind whenever she wants lol. Unless shit is going down or Kamachi is like LOLNOPE.

Like I said, she speaks in regular conversations and magic/religious conversations very well. She is completely clueless if the topic is technology-related, tho.
Mental and Emotional

She has the knowledge of 103,000 grimoires and has common sense.... well, socially. Index doesn't understand science or technology one bit.
She thinks an anime is real.

Index seems to do pretty well when dealing with serious situations such as magicians screwing shit up or the Last Order/FUSE=Kazakiri ordeal.
She does need some time to analyze magic though, so I'd say it's a mix of both.

She acts like a sheltered child: She wants food immediately after demanding it, doesn't seem to fully understand why Touma can't always play with her or how the real world works and thinks things (even cartoons) on TV are real. She does try to be patient though, until she hits her limit.
However, she does have basic common sense and is completely logical when it comes to dealing with magic and magicians.

Sheltered by the church. Any other kind of education is completely unknown/probably didn't even happen.

She has the 103,000 forbidden grimoires memorized in her head.
Anything else she reads is also instantly memorized, since Index has a photographic memory.
In-game, Index wants to learn to cook and do chores ALL FOR THAT DARNED TOUMA'S SAKE.
