MILES EDGEWORTH
The prosecutor who has helped Kay in more ways than one - back home, and here in Somarium. Recognizing his clear need for an assistant - or possibly just jumping at the opportunity to be his assistant again - she was more than eager to step into that role upon her arrival. Not only is he an example of what it means to seek the truth and uphold the ideals of justice, he's a friend...and to some extent, a guardian, or possibly a father/older brother figure. Kay will tease and bug him endlessly and try to make him have fun, but in the end, she's there to lend a hand. Whether he needs one or not.

FRANZISKA VON KARMA
Kay is not as close to Franziska as she is to Edgeworth, but she respects the younger prosecutor too (and is apparently one of the few people who have yet to taste Franziska's whip) and won't hesitate to help her out in investigation. It's kinda hard to believe that they have only a two-year gap between them, really, considering their attitude differences.
