I tried getting a local friend's opinion, but he doesn't like gauged tunnels. Useless!

So I present my reading public (haha) with a question.

Which ones do you think I should get??

EDIT: These are for the holes in my ears. I guess I should mention that for those who aren't familiar with gauged plugs. The ones pictured are WAY bigger than the ( Read more... )

These things always weird me out ;), but I vote surgical steel. The brightness of the steel helps it pop out more; while black titanium is theoretically cool, I think that the earrings themselves would be so small that you wouldn't really see so much of the shiney black. People might just assume your earrings are tarnished or something. If you were going to go for black titanium jewelry, I'd go for something bigger, like a necklace or a bracelet. :)

That is pretty out-of-this-world!

I did find a puzzle plug. It comes apart but it's held together by your ear (and the o-rings that hold it in your ear).

The photo of the titanium ones is a bit dark and I can't tell what they'd look like. :(

Just wondering, but what side of the steal ones are worn outside: the blackish part of the steel part?

LOL, you really are a newbie to these things, aren't you? It's okay ;)

You need a better monitor ;) The black ones basically look exactly like the steel ones but.... black.

And the black things are o-rings, little rubber rings that keep the plug in the ear. Kinda like the backs on regular earrings. The flared end faces front.

Yeah...I am a complete newbie to these things.... :)

I like the surgical steel (the first ones). I'm not sure how the acrylic ones would look.

i think that black metal plugs tend to make the holes look bigger and if thats what you like go for it but im all about the shiny however the black metal would go with more jewelry ie any kinda leather cording or yellow gold or white gold/silver where as the shiny is better for silver white gold only things :) i kiiinda really like the darker but thats my opinion i love colored metals :) fyi I GOT MY EYEBROW PIERCED :) have a red colored metal in right now makes me happy!
