Which is excellent cardio and will give you really awesome calves besides!  Also, when it's cold outside I wear thick smart-wool socks -- can you ( Read more... )

Thanks! I guess I'm lucky I hurt myself on a Friday and had recovered enough by Monday to hobble into work. ^_^

p.s., now that I know what Pandoro is, I see it everywhere. I think it's a fad here now. I'm going to get one for the holidays!

I wish I'll have pandoro for Xmas, but unfortunately prices are going up here in Argentina, and so pandoro's. I think it will be too expensive. I also saw a pandoro cheap edition, but looks like a panettone without nuts and stuff like that.

Get better soon, hope it's not bad. :( Badly stretched ligaments can take a while to heal sometimes and, in really bad cases, revisit you again later with recurring pain. I had a knee like that for years.

Oh nooo... this sucks.. Keep it at rest as much as you can. Also get someone to take a look at it - streched ligaments that are not healed properly tend to get in the same trouble again. At least now I know what to get you next time I see you... - a pair of wool socks with rubber bottom!! XD
Hang in there,Dee!
