Do I know anybody that lives in atlanta? I might be visiting there in July.

I have No clue how far Atl is from Savannah (Im geographically challenged) but if you can, visit historic Savannah.. its Wonderful (and go to Huey's, its the Best little place to eat!)

I know a few people in Atlanta, though I don't know of any reason that you'd know them.

What's taking you there? *curious*

A mostly free plane ticket and curiosity. :) My other choices were L.A., Chicago, Boston or DC (both are more chinatown bus-able), various Florida destinations, Vegas.

Seeing MLK stuff would be neat.

I recommend the museum at the Center for Puppetry Arts.

How funny you mention the puppetry museum because the week I'd be there there's a puppet festival. :)
