'Nother productive weekend. What am I thinking?

Changed the exhaust on the venerable pickup truck. Apparently 10 years is pretty much the lifespan of a Flowmaster muffler.

Well, there's you're problem.Sadly, I really love the sound of a Flowmaster. Quite racy and rumbly without being (overly) obnoxious. Sounds better on a V8, but I currently am ( Read more... )

Not being crushed is preferable as I am old and do not rebound from assorted crushings and manglings as well as I used to. And I did learn a valuable lesson that trailer brakes are a good thing :-)

I love cars. Cars are probably the only thing that I will talk about to infinity and beyond. If I had to choose between cars and people, well, let's just say I would be driving around alone a lot...
