Morning folks. Today is another new day and the sun is shining, its really quite warm outside. I have been awake since 7-30 and up and about since before 8am I have washing on the line drying and i have done a second load too, i have to hoover up yet but i will do that soon

Why is it that we go from, in our teens, sleeping until 3, to, post-children, waking up at 7:30? I did as well today.
