I would like to kindly remind myself to never take anything with pseudoephedrine before I sleep. I've taken it the past two nights and had the most horrible nightmares. I took some cold meds before sleep the last two nights and also had weird dreams.

Mine aren't usually scary, just about people I haven't thought about in a while, doing things that they would never actually do. And physics is all screwy.
